Participant & National Representative — OSCE Central Asia Youth Dialogue Forum

Selected as one of 20 participants from over 2,000 applicants across Central Asia to represent Kazakhstan at the OSCE Central Asia Youth Dialogue Forum.

The forum focused on youth engagement in the prevention of organized crime and corruption, governance challenges, and regional cooperation. I participated in expert-led workshops, policy discussions, and training sessions delivered by OSCE professionals and international speakers.

This experience strengthened my understanding of multilateral policy processes, regional security challenges, and the role of youth in advancing transparency and good governance.

Volunteer — Qamqor Charity (Almaty)

I volunteered with Qamqor Charity, a Kazakhstan-based civil society organization focused on community support and social solidarity, contributing to community-based initiatives in Almaty and other cities across Kazakhstan.

I also initiated the establishment of a Qamqor Charity student branch at my university, helping to mobilize students, coordinate volunteer teams, and expand youth participation in civic engagement activities.

As part of a social awareness challenge, I participated in creating short-form digital content to increase public visibility of charitable initiatives and encourage civic participation among young people.

In parallel, I volunteered with other youth-led organizations, including the Adal Volunteer Club, gaining experience across different regions of Kazakhstan and contributing to broader Central Asian civic initiatives.

President of Student Government at KIMEP University

President — Student Government, KIMEP University (2024)

In 2024, I served as President of the Student Government at KIMEP University, representing student interests, coordinating initiatives across departments, and engaging with university administration to improve student life and institutional transparency.

My role involved leadership over diverse student bodies, strategic planning, policy-oriented discussions, and organizing student-led initiatives aimed at academic quality, student welfare, and civic engagement.

This experience built upon my earlier leadership background as President of the School Government during high school, where I developed foundational skills in representation, negotiation, and collective decision-making. Together, these roles shaped my long-term commitment to public leadership and participatory governance.

Volunteer Educator — Academic Support for School Students

Alongside my leadership roles, I have over four years of volunteering experience as an academic tutor for school students, providing educational support in English, Mathematics, and Geography.

I worked with students of different age groups, helping them strengthen foundational knowledge and prepare for key examinations, including IELTS and the Unified National Test (UNT) required for university admission in Kazakhstan.

This experience strengthened my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, adapt teaching approaches to individual needs, and mentor students in a supportive and goal-oriented learning environment.
